Terms & Conditions

Membership is available under the following plans:

Membership fees are payable according to the payment schedule shown at the time of subscription.

By subscribing, the member agrees to the applicable membership terms and payment obligations associated with their selected plan.

Where a minimum membership commitment applies, this will be clearly stated during the subscription process.

Members may cancel their membership in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to their selected plan. Where a minimum commitment applies, cancellation does not remove any payment obligations properly due during that commitment, subject to applicable law.

Listing allowances are based on the selected membership plan:

• BronzeUp to 1 listing per month.
• SilverUp to 10 listings per month.
• GoldUp to 20 listings per month.

Listing availability is limited to the period specified under the selected plan. Unused listing allowances do not carry forward unless expressly stated otherwise.

Membership provides access to promotional opportunities for holiday and sports travel offers. The availability of specific promotional opportunities may vary by membership level.

Membership does not guarantee leads, enquiries, bookings, sales or any particular level of exposure.

Support is provided according to the selected membership plan. Bronze includes limited support, while Silver and Gold include dedicated support.

Ultimate Sporting Experience Ltd reserves the right to update membership features, listing allowances or promotional opportunities where reasonably required. Any material changes affecting existing members will be communicated where applicable.

If a membership payment fails, we will contact the member to resolve the failed payment. Access to membership benefits or listings may be restricted until outstanding payments are resolved.
